Suzanne Hallas graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1989 and completed a Master of Laws Degree at the University of New South Wales in 1995.

Suzanne joined Westpac Banking Corporation as a graduate legal officer in their head office where her practice consisted mainly of commercial matters.  Admitted as a solicitor in May 1992, Suzanne went into the private sector and developed a practice in family law and de facto relationships.

Suzanne joined Pigott Stinson in 1996 and became a partner in 2000.  Suzanne specialises in family law including de facto relationships.  She has had extensive experience in financial agreements, property settlements, divorce, child support and maintenance claims, spousal maintenance claims and parenting disputes.

Suzanne qualified as a mediator in 2006 and became a trained collaborative lawyer in 2007. She is a member of the Central Sydney Collaborative Forum Group and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.

Her interests include family, reading and travel.
