Meaghan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Socio-Legal Studies majoring in Sociology in 2013 and a Juris Doctor in 2016.

After completing her Juris Doctor, Meaghan gained substantial hands-on experience in litigation and other areas of law working as a summer clerk and paralegal at a national law firm.

Meaghan joined Pigott Stinson after being admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2016.

Meaghan practises in civil litigation and dispute resolution. She has experience across a wide range of areas including family provision claims, guardianship applications, personal and corporate insolvency, debt recovery and enforcement, consumer protection and general commercial litigation.

Meaghan has assisted clients in matters before courts at all levels in New South Wales, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.

In addition to working in the litigation team, Meaghan also advises clients in relation to various areas of law including intellectual property and compliance with the Competition and Consumer Act.

Meaghan’s interests include netball, cooking, and travel.
